"Surprisingly fun night out with the family"
I went with my family, we all had a really good time. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect since the tickets weren’t exactly cheap, but the show ended up feeling more special than I thought it would. It was a nice change from our usual nights out.
Our seats were good, and the horses and performers were seriously impressive. The snacks and extras can definitely add up if you’re not careful, but as far as the main ticket goes, I left feeling pleasantly surprised and like it was worth it overall.

"The horses were really amazing to watch"
I went to Cavalia mostly because my wife is really into horses, and I figured I’d just be tagging along. But I ended up getting way more into it than I expected.
The horses were so calm and well trained, even with all the lights, music, and movement happening around them. Some of the timing with the riders was really impressive, like you could tell there was a ton of trust there.
What I liked most was that the animals looked cared for and not stressed or pushed too hard. It was a really beautiful show overall, and I’d definitely go again.

"I’m really glad we went for the VIP..."
I’m really glad we went for the VIP night. The seats were great, the service was super smooth, and even little things like not having to wait around made the whole experience feel easy. I loved every minute of it

"Canceling was way less stressful than I expected"
I had to cancel my tickets last minute because our plans changed, which was annoying, and I was already bracing myself for a hassle. I’d seen some mixed comments online, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it ended up being totally fine.
I emailed Cavalia, got a reply the next day, and then the refund came through a few days later. No endless emails, no weird questions, nothing like that. I was relieved, especially because last-minute stuff is already stressful enough, and they made the whole thing surprisingly simple.

"The music itself was really good..."
The music itself was really good, but the live singing felt kinda uneven at times. Like, some parts sounded great and then others were just a little all over the place, maybe the mix was off or somethng

"Ridiculously impressive riders"
I went with my sister the riders were ridiculously good. Some of the stuff they pulled off was just crazy to watch, and the horses seemed really calm and well cared for too. It ended up being such a fun night, and I’d definitely go again.

"Great horses, but did the choreography feel uneven to anyone else?"
The horses were amazing and really fun to watch, but the choreography felt a little hit or miss to me. Some parts flowed really nicely, while others seemed kind of slow or repetitive. I still enjoyed the show overall, but I guess I was expecting a bit more. Did anyone else feel the same way?

I found myself watching the horses more than anything else, it made me feel good about the whole experience.
They looked clean, calm, and not stressed out, which was really nice to see. The handlers seemed kinda patient and gentle with them, not rushing them around or making them do anything harsh.
You could tell there’s a lot of care going on behind the scenes. It was just really reassuring to see the horses being treated with that kind of respect.

"Saved the Day So Fast"
I was bracing myself for a whole ordeal, but customer service swooped in fast and fixed my issue with zero hassle. Such a relief, I really appreciated how quick and easy they made everything

I went to cavalia and I was honestly 100% convinced the seats were going to be uncomfortable, because show seating can be brutal sometimes. But nope, these were actually really comfy and had enough room, no question.
I sat through the whole show without getting sore or doing that constant shifting-around thing. It absolutely made the night easier to enjoy, and I’d say the seating was way better than I expected.

"Checkout worked, but it wasn’t exactly smooth"
I was able to buy the tickets in the end, so nothing totally went wrong. But reading between the lines, the checkout process felt a little clunky and confusing in spots. It got the job done, just not in a way that felt super easy or polished.

The show looked really nice and the horses were great, but the story line wasn’t super clear to me. I kinda lost track of what was going on in a few parts, like I missed something or it jumped ahead too fast. Still enjoyed it overall tho, just wish the plot was a bit easier to follow

"Easy and fun night out with the kids"
I took my two kids to cavalia and we all had a really good time. I wasn’t sure if they’d stay interested, but they were into it the whole show. The staff were friendly, and it was easy to get around with the kids, which made the night a lot less stressful. It also wasn’t too loud or scary for them, so it felt like a good fit for the whole family. A simple, useful choice if you’re looking for something fun to do with kids. We’d definitely go again...

"Really nice merch overall"
I ordered a hoodie and a mug from Cavalia, i was impressed when they arrived. The hoodie is really soft and feels like good quality, not that cheap thin material, and the print on both items came out clean. The only small downside was that shipping wasn’t exactly fast, so I did find myself checking the tracking a few times. But everything showed up in good shape, and I’m really happy with what I got overall

"Really fun show, but wow my wallet felt it"
I had a great time parts of the show were an absolute blast. I was smiling like a kid for most of it. That said, the price definitely hit me like a freight train, so I don’t know if I’d tell absolutely everyone to run out and buy tickets. If you’re okay spending a bit, it’s a fun night out

"Beautiful costumes, but I wanted clearer guidance"
The costumes were really nice, and the whole set looked beautiful. There were a few moments where everything felt a little too busy, and I found myself wishing there had been clearer instructions or direction on what to focus on. Still, I really enjoyed the overall look and experience.
